When you are traveling or setting up a conference, it is usually best to contact hotels, motels, and other travel accommodations in the area before hand so that you can make reservations for your stay. Depending on the area that you are traveling to, you might have a large number of hotels, motels, and luxury lodgings that you can use. By following these guidelines, you should be able to pick the one that is right for you. You should consider the inns that you want while you are planning your travels or tours. Get a travel book for the area that lists resort recommendations. Some will list both cheap inns and luxury suites where your family can stay. When you contact them, ask them how long they have been in business. Those with several years of experience should have many of the accommodations that you want, such as spas, pools, bars, airport pick up services, and internet access. If you want to bring your pet on tour with you, be sure to ask the resort if they are pet friendly. Some will let you keep your pet in the room with you; some will have special lodging for pets, and other do not allow pets at all. Ask the hotels and motels if they provide breakfast so that you can be sure to start your day off right. When you find a hotel, motel, or other accommodations that suit your needs, mark it in your book so that you can contact them easily in the future for reservations.
